875 Croker Hill From Sutton Reservoir

With gorse, a springtime sky, trees coming into leaf and lambs bleating, Croker Hill is at its finest with a view over half the North-West. Starting from Sutton Reservoir you walk beside the leat then, after a stroll beside the Macclesfield Canal, the ascent begins and you climb through little visited bluebell woods and across grassy fields to the eye-catching tower.
