Forbidden for years, but now free to all, the wind eroded outcrops of Light Hazzels Edge above Littleborough are the highlight of this walk. The broad tracks by the reservoirs are well known to Rochdale folk, and with a picnic up on the rocks you'll have a throne fit for a king.
