One of our favourite summer walks is to Brushfield, high above Monsal Dale where rock roses, wild pansies and thyme are your reward for the climb, while Water-cum-Jolly Dale is as lovely as its name. Then, wandering on beside the River Wye through Monsal Dale, we brought our day's count to 72 different flowers - try and beat that!
