721 Monyash

With its narrow gorge, steep limestone cliffs and flower covered slopes, Lathkill Dale is justly popular. But there's another, and little known side to the valley. High above, a path follows the rim where you can look down like gods on the mere mortals below and then, after exploring the dale, the return is up Fern Dale, once private but now open to all.
