713 Dunham

With its deer and stately trees Dunham Park is a great place for families, yet just outside its walls the River Bollin meanders in quiet solitude through the countryside. Here we saw our first celandine and heard our first woodpecker - spring was definitely on the way. This is a great walk for February for as well as crocuses and snowdrops you can include a visit to Dunham's wonderful Winter Garden to see their thousands of bulbs.
