701 Three Shires Head from Gradbach

Set above waterfalls cascading into Panniers Pool there can be few finer places for a packhorse bridge than Three Shires Head. Here, in this wild moorland at the junction of Staffordshire, Cheshire and Derbyshire, jaggers met and swapped stories as the horses drank their fill.
