Utkinton hit the headlines in the 16th century when the miraculous healing properties of Whistlebitch Well became known. Around 2000 people a day flocked here, but nowadays the attraction is walking the woods and the ever popular Sandstone Trail. Try and chose a good seeing day as the views from the Trail are magnificent.
