The Peak District's newest dale didn't exactly appeared overnight, but under the CROW Act in 2000 Cales Dale became Access Land and open to all. However first we're off to Arbor Low. All stone circles are mysterious and this one is stranger than most, for no-one knows whether the stones are supposed to be flat or upright.
