Sometimes lowly summits have the best views and Lingmoor Fell above Great Langdale is one of these. Set amidst its acres of heather is the delightful Lingmoor Tarn, but the highlight of the walk is the rocky squeeze on Side Pike, where even the slimmest must remove their sacks.
