609 Kirkby Malham

With its splendid 15th century church, known as the Cathedral of the Dales, the little Scandinavian village of Kirkby Malham is a delight. The name means "the village with a church near Malham" and, situated above the River Aire, this is the Yorkshire Dales at its most scenic.
