There are lots of hills with a tower on top, but Earl Crag is unusual for it has two. Known locally as the "Salt and Pepper Pots" they dominate the skyline above Cowling. Salt is an elegant obelisk, but Pepper is even better, with a narrow spiral staircase to the very top. What more could anyone ask?
