450 Eaton

During rush hour, when everyone in Macclesfield wants to be in Congleton and everyone in Congleton in Macclesfield, the village of Eaton can seem just an irritating 40mph delay. That is until Springtime. Come March it's no hardship to dawdle, for Eaton has a magnificent display of daffodils. The inhabitants must be very proud of their village for they have planted every strip of grass with these golden trumpets. There's a Victorian church and a rustic pub on the village green - you could always blame your late arrival at work on a traffic jam!
