Pictures of grey sheep in the fog aren't very interesting, but at Wessenden Head the mist was so thick all the cars had their lights on. "Don't think much of the forecast", we muttered, "This is supposed to be sunny periods". Still, walking isn't just about good weather and we'd enjoy it anyway, the photos could wait. Then suddenly there was a sunbeam, and another, and soon West Nab stood out against a clear blue sky. "Pretty accurate", we said smugly and set off across the moor.
