Terms and conditions
All images, photographs, video, audio, text and software contained on
these CDs and software products are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights which are owned by or licensed to John and Anne Nuttall.
Multimedia CDs: The original purchaser of each Multimedia CD is hereby granted a non-transferable right to use the
CD for personal and private use and not for any business activity.

The original purchaser is hereby granted a non-transferable right to use the software
solely for internal operations on a single computer.
The software may also be installed on a second computer such as a
laptop for the purpose of giving private, public or commercial slideshows.
No part of any CD or software product may be copied or reproduced in any form without the prior written consent of John and Anne Nuttall.
John and Anne Nuttall do not accept liability for any indirect
consequential loss or damage and their liability to you shall in no circumstances exceed the original price of the product.
We will only use any information about you in accordance with the Data Protection
Act 1998. The information we keep is your name, postal address and e-mail address.
We will not disclose this information to anyone except as needed to
complete this transaction or as required by law.
The price of each CD and the cost of post and packing is given on the Order form
In order to ensure that your details are kept secure we
use
PayPal to handle our credit card transactions.
When we receive an internet order you always get an e-mail from
PayPal confirming
your order.
If you wish to send us a cheque instead, then please e-mail us at

we will provide an address.
Please note that it takes between 4 and 7 days for a cheque
to be cleared.
Your order will be despatched by second class post as soon as possible after we receive confirmation
from PayPal that payment has been made, or from our bank that your cheque has been
cleared. Normally despatch will be within ten days)
If you have any problem with the CD or software product which you cannot resolve using
its help facilities then please look at the

page on this website. Please note: technical support is not available by telephone.
You have the statutory right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt. If you
wish to do so, then please see the
Cancellation page.
If a CD is found faulty within
30 days of receipt you may return it for refund or replacement to
the
Address below together with a description of the defect and a dated proof of
purchase. CDs must be returned in their original condition and in
their original packaging. Please ensure first that the fault is not due
to your computer and that it meets the minimum specification given in the
product description.
