If you are having problems with ordering walks it may be due to the Security Settings of your browser (e.g. Internet Explorer).

This site (and others, including many banks!) use a facility called "Session cookies" which are small files on your computer used to store temporary information, such as the walks ordered.  These files are destroyed when you close your browser.

You will need to amend your security settings.  The method for Windows XP is to select Tools on the Internet Explorer toolbar, then Internet Options, then the Privacy tab.  Next select Advanced and finally tick Override Automatic Cookie Handling and Always Allow Session Cookies.
