"Trouble tracking satellites", moaned our GPS, "Are you indoors now?". Above us the sky stretched in an unbroken expanse across the Cheshire countryside. Sometimes technology can't appreciate a good walk, like here at Plumley - perhaps it was a pheasant that got in the way.
