| 690 Ramsbottom and the Peel Tower | |
Today's objective is the top. Not just an ascent of Holcombe Moor, but the very top of the Peel Tower. From its castellated crest there's a splendid view across the Irwell Valley and, of course, the approach from Ramsbottom had to be through Nuttall Park.
