use PayPal to handle our credit card transactions.
When we receive an internet order you always get an e-mail from PayPal confirming
your order.
If you wish to send us a cheque instead, then please e-mail us at

we will provide an address.
Please note that it takes between 4 and 7 days for a cheque
to be cleared.
DELIVERY
Your order
will be despatched by second class post as soon as possible after we receive confirmation
from PayPal that payment has been made, or from our bank that your cheque has been
cleared. Normally despatch will be within ten days, but it may
sometimes take longer (we like going out on the hills too!)
SUPPORT
If you have any problem with the CD or software product which you cannot resolve using
its help facilities then please look at the appropriate support
page on this website. Please note: technical support is not available by
telephone.
CANCELLATION
You
have the statutory right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt. If you
wish to do so, then please see the cancellation
page.
RETURNS
If a CD is found faulty within
30 days of receipt you may return it for refund or replacement to
the address below together with a description of the defect and a dated proof of
purchase. CDs must be returned in their original condition and in
their original packaging. Please ensure first that the fault is not due
to your computer and that it meets the minimum specification given in the
product description.
