21 Feb 2005 From: Tim Gardner Pillar Rock I have just fininshed all the Welsh & English tops apart from pillar rock is it possible & safe to climb it without ropes? If so could a small dog get to the top only i see on the list a number of dog completers with no NPR after their names.
