Ysgafell Wen Myrddyn, I see what you mean about the 1901 map, but in 1890s, and thereafter up to the 1960s the name stretches along the top of the ridge from the Llynau'r Cwn right up to level with the south edge of Llyn Edno. Only in the 1970s does the name 'shrink' to its current length and location. Throughout the whole series Moel Lledr is exactly where it is on today's map. |
