28 Nov 2002 From: Pete Roberts Additional Parking for Radnor Forest No benefit for the full round but if you are only going up Bache hill and Black Mixen the Foresty commission have opened up a new "car Park" realy a pull in where they were dumping logs during last years felling just inside the forestry at the top of Mutton Dingle. Ideal if you are looking for an evening walk as it knocks the ascent down to about 250m also suitable for young children even my 3 year old managed most of the climb to Bache hill unaided.
