13 Aug 2005 From: Jane Wood Mickle Fell As Mickle Fell falls with in the Warcop firing range it is not covered by the Open Access Legislation, so we thought it wise to get permission from the private Landowner, though we did not seek any permission from the MOD to walk on the part of the area which they own.
