6 May 2008 From: Gavin Tringham Mickle Fell Thanks for your site which is the only one which really helped me plan Mickle Fell. Walked it Sun 4th May 2008 from the north and saw no one. Nice to see a fell with so little walker damage. As to contacting the military, the only mobile reception was from the top! None at the reservoir.
