25 Oct 2007 From: john barnard Mynydd Craig Goch Not sure what the problem is on this hill? AT - are you asking if this hill exceeds 609.6m? This would be a real challenge to survey as one would need to use the flush bracket height on Garnedd Goch 1.75km to the north east as the datum. The bwlch between the two is at ca. 350m so this is beyond a line survey unless one camps for a few days!! The only chance to check if it exceeds 609.6m would be with an accurate theodolite, 5" or better, but one would need to see each summit from the other and also I don't have that equipment. What is important about the 606m spot height to the South East?
