8 Jun 2007 From: Myrddyn Phillips Recent Hill Survey (Part 2) Having personally conducted over 160 separate rudimentary surveys to various 610m+ bumps in Wales, it would be impracticable due to weight carried and time taken to adopt an automatic level and staff survey for each of these many bumps. Although my surveying technique is slightly different to John and Anne's, the rudimentary element due to practicability remains the same.
